Dove Mountain is a senior living facility located in Marana, Arizona with 142 total units including independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. The facility will have three buildings and will total about 151,000 s.f. on a 5.8-acre campus. The project will also feature a comprehensive landscaping plan that will include several features influenced by the local culture and geography, walking paths, gardens and a center courtyard area available to all residents of the community. The new facility will create 70 new jobs for Marana and will have a total economic impact of $54.5 million over the next 10 years. It is expected to be ready for occupancy in June 2020.
